Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from our distribution centre, which is located in Melbourne, within 48h after full payment is received. Excluding Fridays.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking information. If you have not received any information please check your spam or junk folder. Please allow up to 24h for the tracking number to be activated.

Most orders will be received by you within 1-3 business days for metro areas and 3-5 business days for rural areas, in some cases delivery can take a little longer due to different reasons such as peak seasons, courier pick delays, courier delivery delays or high amount of orders within our network.

In case you didn’t receive your product within 10 business days please contact us and let us know so we can investigate with the courier.

In the unlikely event of the courier losing your order during transit, we will send you your items again free of charge. This does not apply once the order has been confirmed as delivered.

If you have chosen to pick-up an order from our distribution centre, and have not collected the items within 4 business days. We will then resort to shipping the products to the provided shipping address. 

When entering your shipping details, please double-check that the entered details are correct. We will not be liable for possible mishaps due to unclear or incorrect information provided.
