COOLMAX® YARNS
COOLMAX® is the performance yarn that includes an effective fibre-based moisture management system. The system can move perspiration away from the body, through the fabric, and transfer out of the wear. It can evaporate quickly, allowing the wearer to feel cooler and much more comfortable. COOLMAX® fresh FX has the permanent anti-bacterial performance due to the special treatment by silver-based additive during the production.

Porelle® Membranes.
Waterproof and breathable, the Porelle® membrane that DexShell uses has Water Vapour Permeability (WVP) index 15,000 g/m2.day ASTM E96:95. The membrane is also resistant to a range of chemicals and weak acids, and passed the viral penetration test ISO 16604 made by Nelson Labs.

no more wet feet
By: Tom W. on 6 November 2020Bought these for cycling but more specifically for big rides on muddy trails where I know I'm going to be stepping in puddles. First impression was rather odd as the looked too big for my feet. Putting them on they actually compressed into the form of my foot and leg, it was the weirdest this but impressive all the same. Super comfortable the wear, no sweating inside the socks which was my biggest concern. They breathed really good and waterproofing worked well (tested using the trusty garden hose!). Not too affective keeping the cold out but I managed to easily wear a thinner pair of socks inside these. Going back to my first comment the sock are large putting them on which made it easy to wear a pair underneath as these sock slipped over easily and then compressed into the shape of the foot without and problems at all. Definitely worth the $$
